1. About A-leaficial

This store is operated by Aleaficial Limited, trading as A-leaficial, in Hong Kong.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that business.

These terms apply to purchases through our website. Our Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds and Privacy policies provide further information.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restrict rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Our products

We sell artificial plants and decorative accessories.

The relevant product page identifies the items included in each set. Monstera, Variegated Monstera and Sago Palm sets include a ceramic planter and artificial moss. The Aloe Vera set includes an artificial plant and artificial moss; a ceramic planter is not included.

Other styling items shown in photographs are not included unless expressly listed.

Dimensions described as approximate may vary with the arrangement of the foliage. Screen settings can affect the appearance of colors. These qualifications do not remove your rights if a product materially differs from its description.

3. Intended use

Our products are decorative objects, not pet toys, food or items intended for chewing or ingestion. They have not been tested for ingestion safety.

Display products securely and follow the placement and care instructions. Keep components out of reach of pets and children who may chew or pull them. Stop using an item if it becomes damaged or parts become loose.

Offering an artificial version of a living plant does not mean that the artificial product is harmless if chewed or swallowed.

These instructions do not exclude our responsibility for defects or other matters covered by applicable law.

4. Orders

Please check your selected products, variants, quantities and delivery details before submitting an order.

An automated order-received email acknowledges your purchase request. We confirm acceptance when we send the dispatch confirmation or expressly accept the order in writing.

Before acceptance, we may decline an order where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, delivery cannot be arranged, or a genuine listing error requires correction. We will notify you and refund any payment for an order we decline.

We will not substitute products, change an agreed price or materially change an order without your agreement.

5. Prices and payment

The applicable currency is shown on the storefront and at checkout.

The checkout displays the order price and shipping charges before payment. Applicable taxes and import-charge arrangements are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Mandatory charges will be disclosed as required by applicable law.

Price changes apply to future purchases and do not retrospectively change an accepted order.

You must be authorized to use the payment method provided.

6. Delivery

Orders dispatch from Hong Kong. Delivery availability, charges and estimated timing are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates, but this does not remove obligations or remedies that apply when goods are delayed or not supplied.

If your order is delayed, missing or damaged, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

7. Cancellations, returns and faults

Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for cancellation requests, change-of-mind restrictions and the process for reporting damaged, faulty or incorrect products.

Any change-of-mind restriction is separate from your statutory rights.

8. Business purchases

Businesses may purchase our products for their own premises, accommodation, hospitality or styling projects.

Any additional terms for a business quotation, including quantities, delivery and payment arrangements, will be provided before you accept the quotation.

A business purchase does not automatically remove consumer rights that apply under law.

If your project requires particular performance, testing or certification, tell us before ordering so we can confirm whether the products are suitable. Do not assume suitability for a specialized purpose from general styling photographs or descriptions.

9. Promotions

Promotional eligibility, expiry dates and exclusions will be stated with the offer. Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.

Promotions do not restrict statutory rights relating to the products purchased.

10. Website use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software or submit fraudulent information.

If you create an account, take reasonable steps to protect your login details and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.

11. Intellectual property

Website content, photographs, branding and designs belong to us or their respective owners.

You may use the website to browse, purchase and consider our products for personal or business use. Other reproduction or commercial use requires permission unless permitted by law.

An order or business enquiry is not, by itself, permission to send unrelated marketing messages. Marketing communications are handled in accordance with applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements.

We may update these terms for future use and purchases. Updates will not retrospectively reduce your rights under an existing accepted order.
