Shipping policy

A-leaficial is operated by Aleaficial Limited in Hong Kong. Orders are carefully packed and dispatched from Hong Kong to supported delivery addresses in Australia.

Order preparation

In-stock orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and Hong Kong public holidays.

If we become aware of a delay affecting your order, we will contact you with an update.

Delivery to Australia

Typical transit time is 8–14 working days after dispatch. Order preparation time is additional.

Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs processing, public holidays, carrier disruptions and the delivery location may affect transit time.

Please contact us before ordering if you need an item for a particular date.

Shipping charges

Australian delivery charges are calculated using the package weights and shipment configuration applied at checkout. All amounts below are in Australian dollars.

• Each package under 4kg: A$14.95.
• Each package weighing 4kg or more: A$19.95.

If checkout calculates more than one package or shipment, the applicable charges are added together. The total delivery charge is shown before you pay.

Free shipping is available for eligible Australian orders with a product subtotal over A$360 after discounts. An order subtotal of exactly A$360 does not qualify. Shipping charges and separately assessed import charges do not count towards this threshold.

Free shipping covers our delivery charge only. It does not include any applicable recipient-paid import charges described below.

If your address does not have an available delivery option, contact info@aleaficial.com before ordering.

Tracking and multiple parcels

We will email tracking information after dispatch. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate parcels and on different days. Any delivery charges calculated at checkout are shown before payment. If we later choose to split the delivery into additional parcels, we will not charge you extra for that decision.

Taxes and import charges

Orders are dispatched from Hong Kong. Unless expressly stated otherwise before purchase, shipments are sent with any applicable import duties, import taxes and carrier customs-clearance charges payable by the recipient.

These charges are separate from our delivery charge and are not included in the amount paid to A-leaficial unless expressly shown as included. If applicable, the carrier or relevant authority may require payment before releasing the shipment.

Any GST that A-leaficial is required to collect on the sale will be included in the displayed price. Recipient-paid import arrangements do not replace our tax obligations.

Please contact us before placing a large or business order so we can confirm the delivery and import arrangements. If you receive an unexpected request for import charges, contact us so we can help clarify it with the carrier.

Delivery details

Please check your delivery address and contact details before placing an order. If you notice an error, email us promptly. We will try to update the details, but changes may not be possible after dispatch.

If an incorrect address supplied by you causes a return or redelivery, we will explain any reasonable additional delivery cost before arranging another shipment. This does not apply to an error made by us.

If you miss a delivery, follow the carrier’s instructions for collection or redelivery. Contact us if you need help.

Delayed, missing or damaged orders

If your order appears delayed or missing, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

If an item arrives damaged, stop using it and keep damaged components away from pets and children. Please contact us with a description of the issue. Photographs of the item and packaging can help where reasonably available.

Original packaging is not a condition of exercising your statutory rights. For information about faulty, damaged or incorrect items, please read our Refund Policy.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
