The Secure Arrival Guarantee Our botanicals are grounded in premium, heavy ceramic. We know international shipping can be daunting, which is why we’ve engineered our "Double-Wall, Internal Armor" packaging to protect your foundation.
In the rare event of transit damage, we take full responsibility. If your ceramic planter arrives cracked, we will immediately express-ship a replacement ceramic planter. If extreme courier mishandling compromises the structural integrity of the botanical foliage or its original base, we will replace the affected botanical.
To qualify for our Arrival Guarantee:
Claims must be submitted to info@aleaficial.com within 48 hours of the courier's official delivery timestamp.
You must provide clear photos of the damaged item, the internal packaging, AND the exterior shipping box showing the courier label. All replacements are subject to review by the A-leaficial team to confirm transit damage. No stressful return shipping of broken ceramics is required.
Standard Returns (Change of Mind) Because our items are large, heavy, and structurally packed to prevent transit damage, we do not accept "change of mind" returns once the item has been shipped. Please review the exact dimensions on our product pages to ensure the aesthetic perfectly fits your space before purchasing.
